Hi, I'm Lindsay — an artist and educator with a degree in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design and 10 years of experience teaching art in classrooms and one-on-one settings. My own work spans realistic equine portraits, murals, and just about any medium I can get my hands on, and I bring that same range to how I teach.
Who I Work With
I work with students of ALL ages who want more than a standard art class can offer: whether it's a student building a portfolio for art school applications, an adult who is curious about creating, or anyone who wants dedicated time to grow as an artist. Whether you or your child is just starting out or refining work for a serious application, I tailor each session to where they are and what they need next.
What I Offer
Art Tutoring
One-on-one or small group sessions focused on building skills, exploring different mediums, and following your child's (or your) interests. Sessions are flexible in subject and pace, whether that means realism, illustration, painting, or something else entirely.
Portfolio Development
For students preparing applications to art programs or building a serious body of work. I help students identify their strengths, develop a cohesive collection of pieces, and present their work with intention.
My Approach
I believe students do their best work when they feel ownership over it. My role is to guide, not dictate — helping each student develop their own voice and strengths rather than pushing a single style or technique. I meet students where they are and adjust as they grow.
